Complaints and redress

How to raise a service, product, payment or privacy concern with MGM Energy and access FCCPC or NDPC complaint channels.

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Tell us what went wrong and the outcome you are seeking. Our internal process does not stop you contacting a regulator or exercising your statutory rights.

1. Raise a concern with MGM

Email info@mgmenergyng.com with the subject ‘Complaint’. Include your name/contact route, quotation or project reference if available, a short account of the issue and the remedy you are seeking. Attach relevant receipts or correspondence, redacting unrelated personal or financial information. You may also write to MGM Energy Ltd (RC 8242707), 12 Benoni Briggs, Guzape, AMAC, FCT, Nigeria, or use our published contact number.

If the concern involves electrical or battery safety, keep people away and contact the technical team promptly. Do not open or disconnect equipment yourself. For an immediate threat to life or fire, contact the appropriate emergency service; an online form is not an emergency-response service.

2. How we handle it

We review the information, seek clarification if needed, involve the relevant project/service or management contact, and explain findings and proposed next steps. Keep the original evidence and any reference supplied. If you disagree with the response, ask for a management review and explain what remains unresolved.

The appropriate remedy depends on the issue, evidence, contract and applicable law. This page does not create an unverified repair/resolution SLA, make a manufacturer warranty your only remedy or require you to waive statutory rights.

3. Consumer complaints

You may use the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission’s official complaints portal and any other relevant lawful redress route. FCCPC guidance asks for the supplier’s correct details, transaction evidence, the issue and the redress sought. MGM’s process does not remove your right to approach FCCPC, a relevant sector regulator or a competent court.

You may also complain directly to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission through its official channels. Do not put sensitive personal data in a public review or social-media comment.
