MGM Energy Ltd (RC: 1478239) is an indigenous Nigerian solar EPC company headquartered in Kano with offices in Kaduna, Abuja, and Lagos. MGM Energy holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, NEMSA registration, and COREN-registered engineers on staff.

Founded by Othman Tofa — a UK-trained economist and energy professional who previously led the development of Jigawa State's landmark 20MW and 80MW utility-scale solar projects — MGM Energy applies the same rigorous engineering standards used in multi-megawatt utility projects to residential and commercial installations.

Our mission is to power Africa's future with clean, reliable, and affordable solar energy. We develop solar EPC and Power-as-a-Service offerings for industrial, commercial, residential, and government clients across Nigeria.

MGM Energy has completed 192+ installations across 10 Nigerian cities with 40+ certified installers. The company's residential packages start from ₦2.6 million, while commercial solutions serve businesses from 50kW to 500kW+ with Alpha ESS industrial battery storage.
